Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
During high-volume periods (sales, holidays, launches), processing times may be slightly extended. Lavish Skincare is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times vary depending on carrier and destination.
Lavish Skincare currently ships within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, updated policies will be posted.
Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to the address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Lavish Skincare is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Returned packages may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
Return & Refund Policy
Skincare Products
Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all skincare product sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on opened, used, or unsealed products.

Once reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Lavish Skincare is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. We recommend contacting the carrier directly or ensuring a secure delivery location.
Digital Products, Services & Gift Cards
