Terms of service

Appointment Cancellation Policy: Appointments 30 minutes or less have a 5 minute grace period, and appointments over 30 minutes will have a 9 minute grace period. After the grace period, a late fee of $25 will be automatically charged to the service time. 

Any rescheduling or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the service time. Same-day rescheduling for any appointment will incur a $15 fee. Same-day cancellations will forfeit their deposits.

No call/no show (NCNS) clients will be charged 100% of the service charge and will be blocked from further bookings.
